You’ll source materials and curate textures—whether it’s the perfect wood grain for a credenza or the right weave for a throw—ensuring everything hits the "cool factor" while staying commercially viable.The Bridge Builder: Attend Concept and Sketch Reviews to translate Design’s dreams into reality. You’ll clarify intent, protect the "soul" of a style, and ensure the final product looks as good on the shelf as it did on the mood board.Strategic Growth: Partner with Merchants to analyze adoption rates and style counts. You’re always connecting product decisions back to sales potential—if it’s not going to fly off the shelves, you’re engineering the solution to make sure it does.Global Conductor: Manage and mentor our supplier base. You’ll navigate bulk cost negotiations like a pro, hitting IMU targets without sacrificing the integrity of the piece.Process Innovator: Own the seasonal calendar. From pre-style research to final sample evaluation, you’ll drive speed and precision, ensuring our home collections are first-to-market and top-of-mind.Mentor & Leader: You won’t just manage a team; you’ll coach them.
