Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic This position requires a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to work on the 3rd shift at a production facility. The role involves diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical components and equipment, primarily focusing on reactive maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components. Diagnose and fix issues with mixers, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic pumps. Address problems with palletizers, shrink wrappers, and other packaging equipment. Repair pneumatic components. Assist with capital expenditure projects as necessary. Collaborate with the lead to prioritize tasks. Interpret blueprints and diagrams. Analyze ladder logic to identify faults, particularly using ABB, Siemens PLCs. Spend 95% of the time on mechanical troubleshooting. Essential Skills 10 years of industrial maintenance experience. Proficient in troubleshooting pumps, motors, conveyors, and mixers. Ability to read and utilize blueprints and schematics. Possession of personal tools. Knowledge and understanding of PLC systems and troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a mixing or food manufacturing environment is beneficial. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Benefits: Medical, dental & vision.
