We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.**Food and Beverage Supervisor****Location: LOS ROBLES GREENS, THOUSAND OAKS, CA**Los Robles Greens, located in the breathtaking landscapes of Thousand Oaks, CA is renowned for its exceptional golfing experience and outstanding food and beverage services. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our dining operations.**Responsibilities:*** Oversee and coordinate banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service.* Train and supervise banquet staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards.* Manage staffing needs for the banquets food and beverage team.* Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.* Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.* Assist in managing inventory levels.* Assist in controlling costs and minimizing waste.* Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events.* Ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations.**Qualifications:*** Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.* Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.**Team Member Lifestyle Perks!*** Medical, mental health, dental, and vision insurance* Life Insurance* Accident & Critical Illness Insurance* Pet Insurance* Paid time off* 401(k) plan and match* Holiday pay* Food & Beverage discounts throughout the portfolio* Golf & Tennis benefits* Employee assistance program* Career Growth* Flexible Schedules* Development Opportunities### Pay Range: $16.90 - $30.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
