Property Accountability Analyst / Specialist

Position Overview The Property Accountability Analyst / Specialistwill support processing, physical distribution, and logistics services in support of the Texas Army National Guard. Essential Job Function Monitor and analyze property records to identify systemic accountability and visibility discrepancies across supported units Analysis: Evaluate Logistics Information System (LIS) data, inventory results, and transaction histories to identify "problem areas" (recurring losses, failure to meet inventory timelines, or data entry errors) Corrective Action: For every identified discrepancy or problem area, provide a written recommendation for corrective action (e.g., additional training for unit personnel, process adjustments, or administrative adjustments) Reporting: the findings, evaluations, and recommended actions shall be consolidated into a formal report Prepare PAER Reconcile transactions and records Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience Analytical property-accountability capability Knowledge of AR 710-2/DA PAM 710-2-1 and applicable LIS processe Tier 1 Investigation CAC card or ability to obtain one Forklift license if/when operating forklift STI-TEC offers a competitive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life insurance Short term/long term disability coverage Retirement savings – 401(k) Paid time off (PTO) Holiday leave Alternate work schedules (depending on work site) Flexible spending account options Whether you’re an experienced professional, a veteran, a former military or civilian federal employee, or a recent graduate, STI-TEC has a career opportunity for you.
