You will own outcomes across your territory, shape a high-performing sales culture, and help build the future of commerce through leadership, innovation, and execution. What You'll Own Drive consistent revenue growth by owning the performance and results of your regional outside sales team Lead from the front, using hands-on coaching and real-time feedback to elevate individual and team success Build a strong, predictable pipeline by partnering with your team to uncover opportunities and accelerate deal momentum Create a high-performing culture by attracting, developing and retaining top sales talent in your region Influence market success by strengthening how your team positions the Genius® platform with clients Shape territory strategy using insights, improving execution and increasing win rates across your market Strengthen operational excellence by using Atlas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to improve visibility, track performance and drive better decisions Spend up to 75% of your time in the field, building connections, developing talent and driving results where it matters most What You Bring Proven success leading an outside sales team, with at least four years of leadership experience Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve and exceed targets Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results High energy, competitive drive and a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes Ability to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance Comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field with a valid driver’s license Residence within the territory to stay connected and lead effectively It's a bonus if you have Sales leadership experience in fintech payments, POS, and SaaS. Here's the breakdown Base Salary: $70,000 Residual Income: Keep earning from your hard work Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses: Extra financial incentives for exceeding quota and achieving sales goals.
