Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Florida License
• BLS

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Patient Ratios: 8-10 patients per 8 hours worked, with 10-13 assigned
• Equipment used includes walkers, crutches, braces, and wheelchairs
• Procedures performed include evaluations, treatment, gait training, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic activities
