We also provide employee assistance programs to help maintain a healthy lifestyle in every aspectCompany Events – We offer company events for you and your family, in addition to associate recognition programs, like Cheers for Peers.Account Manager Typical Duties:Follow established sales processes, including SBG's 10 steps for sales calls and retail execution standards.Establishes and grows productive, professional relationships with store level managers and personnelStrives to ensure all of SBG's retail execution standards are being metExecutes retail programs as defined by SBG chain management, ensures planogram integrityReview customer-generated orders, adjust as necessary, and ensure appropriate inventory levels.Takes inventory and writes replenishment ordersEnsure product displays are organized, rotated, and adhere to quality and pricing standards.Set up new displays and refresh existing ones as needed; ensure proper placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials.On the day the order is delivered executes the following; Organize product in back roomEnsure product is rotated according to SBG's product quality standardsFill U-Boats as neededBuild displaysRotates SBG products from displays to shelvesEnsure correct pricing and point of sale are in useMaintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulation and adheres to all company policies and proceduresWorks cooperatively with delivery and merchandising supportWorks safely and follows SBG's safety policies and proceduresQualificationsAccount Manager Skills / Qualifications:Previous sales experience required; beverage industry experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license and auto insurance.Ability to work in various weather conditions as needed.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet daily goals and deadlines.Knowledge of beverage merchandising standards and product distribution best practices.Problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues in a customer-oriented manner.Ability to maneuver heavy products (e.g., 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases) regularly.What to Expect at Superior Beverage GroupSafety – We take safety seriously and provide gloves, and other equipment to ensure a safe place to work.Atmosphere – A positive work environment surrounded by supportive team members.Activity – This job requires standing for long periods of time, along with twisting and bending motions.
