This role involves evaluating, planning, and providing therapy services to patients with communication disorders and/or swallowing difficulties. What You’ll Do: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services and document care using our electronic health record system Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Support discharge planning and home therapy programs Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education Demonstrate an understanding of working with adults, pediatric and home health patients Requirements What We’re Looking For: Registered in the State of Iowa required Must be qualified in bedside and barium swallow studies Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and medical vehicle liability insurance Strong computer and communication skills Summary Selected applicant will be required to complete a drug test, immunizations, vaccinations, background check and other health tests. #J-18808-Ljbffr Theuniversityunion
