This position provides expertise and leadership across Sales Operations. This includes the analysis and reporting of POS, revenue, expense, variable compensation, and customer information and partnering with Sales leaders.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide operational support to sales managementWork cross-functionally with other departmentsEnhance and improve the operational efficiencies within the sales organizationDevelop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systemsProvide support to track sales performance metrics and process improvementDevelop, manage and lead projectsUse best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products or servicesAct as a resource for colleagues with less experienceQUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of experience in a sales organizationBachelor's degree, MBA preferredSuccessful candidate will reside in OhioExperience in analyzing data and identifying areas to improve and trackSkilled using SQL and Salesforce (or similar CRM)Ability to influence and interact with senior leadershipExcellent problem-solving skills to resolve issuesProficient in M.S. OfficeDemonstrated success in remote work environmentStrong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600.
