Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused, and knowledgeable Full-Time Parts Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with an experienced Parts Manager, riders, service technicians, and custom bike builders to source the right parts, accessories, performance upgrades, and gear.

What You’ll Do

Guide Riders: Work directly with customers to recommend, source, and sell genuine Harley-Davidson® parts, accessories, and customization packages.
Build Dream Bikes: Help customers turn their visual vision into reality by advising on performance upgrades, fitment, chrome, and accessories.
Support Service: Assist service technicians in pulling and ordering the necessary parts to ensure fast, efficient repairs and custom builds.
Maintain Inventory: Assist with receiving, stocking, organized merchandising, and inventory counts in the parts department.
Deliver Top-Tier Service: Provide enthusiastic, friendly, and accurate assistance over the phone, in-person, and online.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous Harley-Davidson® work or dealership experience is strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: You know your way around motorcycle components, chrome, and performance upgrades.
Customer First Mindset: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping people.
Motivation: Self-starter with a desire to continuously learn and keep up with new Harley-Davidson® product lines and tech specs.
Passion for the Brand: A genuine passion for motorcycles, the riding community, and the Harley-Davidson® culture.
