We are expanding our specialty services and are seeking a passionate Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our group of pelvic health experts. This role focuses on treating a variety of pelvic health populations and diagnoses, including women's health, men's health, and pregnancy/postpartum. Career Development and Support Exclusive Pelvic Health Clinical Development Pathway: Clinician‑designed programs unique to Highbar that support personalized growth in clinical skill and professional purpose. Pelvic Health Mentorship: 2 hours per week for 12 weeks of application‑focused, structured mentorship with a dedicated Pelvic Health PT. Pelvic Health Special Interest Group: Monthly meetings with the Highbar Pelvic Health team and guests to discuss topics of interest. Professional Development: Uncapped external continuing education and over $15K worth of in‑house courses each year, including Dry Needling and our signature Core‑4 series. Comprehensive Support: Support team, including skilled Exercise Specialists, to assist with clinical or operational needs. Student Loan Assistance: Direct assistance with student loans until they are fully paid off. Advanced Documentation and Patient Management Software: Prompt EMR combined with AI documentation to reduce administrative burden. Balanced Caseload: Patient caseload expectations are less than 12 patients per day to allow time for quality care and development. What You'll Need Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE‑accredited program. Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one. Experience with or interest in pelvic health training (support provided for new clinicians). Compensation and Benefits Salary based on experience. Uncapped bonus potential.
