For more information, visit As a Full Time Psychologist, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Boulder, CO. We're offering a 4-day work schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm (32 hours/week). This hybrid role will work onsite 3 days (Monday, Thursday, Friday) and 1 day remote (option of Tuesday or Wednesday). What You’ll DoUtilize a strengths-based approach to assist clients to get, be, and stay well, in alignment with their valuesProvide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families, if applicableInteract with clients to assist in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustmentIdentify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnose disorders, using information obtained from interviews, screeners, records, and reference materialsConduct psychological assessments as neededUtilize evidence-based intervention methods within scope of practice to meet needs of population. Common approaches at Premise sites might include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMSCounsel individuals regarding problems such as stress, substance abuse, and family situations, to modify behavior or to improve personal, social, and vocational adjustment Engage clients in collaborative discussion of treatment goals and desired outcomes Participate as an active team member in the clinical care team. Duties may include consultation, case management, care coordination, and coordination of referralsMay require other duties as assignedWhat You’ll BringMasters required, PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology strongly preferred and may be required depending on state or scope of practiceRequires an advanced degree and a license to practice clinical psychology Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire 2-4 years of experience requiredMust have prior experience in the field of treatment of mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationship, grief, loss, in adults and childrenPrevious clinical experiences in integrated behavioral health settings are preferred Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment settingExperience identifying, preventing, and treating suicidal behaviors Must have experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resourcesWork-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0769 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
