By combining evidence-based care with powerful technology, we're expanding access to high-quality services for families everywhere.Role OverviewFrontera is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead our expansion into a repeatable, sellable product for enterprise and provider partners. We prove new agentic care models inside our own clinics before we build them into technology for the broader market. You'll own the discipline of turning what's proven into a product other organizations can run on, backed by clinical outcomes data no point-solution vendor can replicate.What You'll OwnOwn the B2B product roadmap: translate agentic care workflows proven inside Frontera's clinics into a generalized, packaged product for external provider partnersDefine and drive Frontera's B2B packaging and business model strategy, turning platform capability into a clear, sellable offeringProtect a core sequencing discipline in partnership with our vertical product team: prove it in the clinic, then generalize to the platform, so speed to market never comes at the expense of clinical validationShape how Frontera's proprietary clinical dataset and unified data model translate into product value and differentiation for partnersPartner directly with Engineering and AI/ML leadership to keep product and technical roadmaps coherent as our agent architecture scales and to make sure what's on the roadmap is genuinely buildable in the sequence proposedAct as a clarity-and-alignment point between Sales, Clinical, and Engineering when priorities pull in different directions, surfacing tradeoffs explicitly rather than letting ambiguity sit unresolvedDefine requirements for human-in-the-loop approve/return and confidence/override experiences alongside our design teamBuild the B2B product management function from the ground up: process, prioritization, and cross-functional alignmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired Experience8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time at the staff level owning complex B2B roadmapsA demonstrated track record generalizing something proven in a narrow context into a repeatable product sold more broadlyExperience operating in a regulated, trust-sensitive category such as healthcare or fintechExperience partnering directly with Engineering and ML/AI teams to translate technical capability into shippable product value, not just handing off requirementsStrong written and verbal communication; able to drive alignment and clarity across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales without formal authority over all of themPreferredExperience with agentic or AI-native product patterns: human-in-the-loop approval, confidence scoring, override flowsBackground in healthcare, behavioral health, or provider-facing enterprise softwareExperience standing up a new product line inside an already-shipping company, rather than at true zero-to-oneTraits That Matter HereComfortable being the connective tissue between a proven vertical and a scaling platform, without treating the boundary as fixedSystems mindset. Getting this right is what turns Frontera from a single-vertical operator into a category-defining platform company.We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
