Job Description

2nd Shift – 3pm -11pm

3rd shift – 11pm – 7am

Weekend AM shift 7AM-7PM, Fri, Sat, Sun

Candidates would likely train on 1st shift

Responsibilities

Maintain and promote safety in all facility operations during the shift
Implement and follow quality procedures and programs
Maximize efficiency and productivity in shift operations
Organize staffing levels to maintain safety, quality, and productivity
Manage and report timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other documentation

Qualifications

2–4 years of supervisory experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing or coordinating temporary labor
Proven hands‑on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
Strong accountability and results‑driven mindset
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety while achieving production goals
