Intern, Stadium Operations- Cleburne Railroaders

Overview The Cleburne Railroaders are seeking Stadium Operations Interns to support facility management and event operations for all games and events. This role is ideal for students or individuals aspiring to a career in sports venue logistics. Responsibilities Assist the Stadium Operations Manager with all in‑stadium operations, including cleaning, construction, upkeep, and general maintenance to ensure the facility is in optimal condition for every event. Prepare the stadium for games and events: set up tables for groups, place garbage cans, set up concourse areas, and maintain cleanliness before gates open. Maintain and inspect in‑stadium signage, ensuring signs and flags are properly hung and free from damage. Support security operations: conduct routine security checks and verify suites and clubhouses are properly shut down and temperature-controlled. Maintain inflatable games and related equipment throughout the year, including general upkeep, packaging, and transportation to and from off‑site events as needed. Assist with field operations: care for turf, patch pitching mounds, set up and tear down batting practice, and perform related duties. Perform any other duties assigned. Qualifications Strong interest in entering the sports industry with a focus on facility operations. Proactive work ethic and willingness to work with hands in variable weather conditions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time‑management, multi‑tasking, and communication skills. Flexible availability throughout the season for baseball games and other events. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Basic maintenance experience and knowledge of basic tools. Professional appearance and demeanor. Positive attitude and ability to serve customers with enthusiasm. About the Team The Cleburne Railroaders are a professional baseball team based in Cleburne, Texas, competing in the American Association of Professional Baseball, an official partner league of Major League Baseball. Home games are played at La Moderna Field. REV Entertainment owns and operates the team.
