Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Director of Learning & Development to lead and develop organization-wide learning, leadership development, and career growth initiatives. In this role, you’ll help shape and lead the execution of an organization-wide learning strategy that strengthens employee performance and supports Acadia’s long-term goals. You'll oversee onboarding, role-based training, leadership development, career pathways, succession planning, and compliance education while leading and developing our Learning & Development Specialist. In partnership with leaders across the credit union, you'll identify capability gaps, create practical learning solutions, and help build a strong pipeline of current and future leaders.
