Recruitment Specialist

This role is responsible for:

• Recruiting and generating participants for client market research projects with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
• Screening participants, following up on leads, and conducting research to identify potential participants including targeted web search in specific databases.
• Achieving set metrics such as recruiting and participation goals, number of calls, and other pertinent metrics.
• Able to work in an environment that is both repetitive and ever changing.
• Must possess a professional, polished, and assertive business communication style. You should also feel comfortable conversing with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, manage projects and understand a sense of urgency and production balance with excellent customer service, quality, and professionalism.
• Ensure that data collected is reliable and valid; that the work performed falls within the framework of the project’s schedule of work.

Desired Skills:

• Time management, project follow up and follow through, overcome objections and closing strategies.
• Follows procedures and policy.
• Ability to build rapport with gatekeepers and potential participants.
• Positive and enthusiastic self-starter and team player
• Data tracking as you go – able to type 45+ words per minute.
• Past telemarketing experience demonstrating the ability to organize yourself and make the required call volume consistently each day.
• Must be self-motivated and goal orientated.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast paced, people intensive work environment.
• Process multiple projects simultaneously

General:

• Being proficient with all software utilized by ISG.
• Being proficient in MS Office
• Being able to assist in varying data entry tasks including label making, screener entry, and report population if recruiting is light for a period of time.
