Job Opportunity: Associate Medical Director

Our organization is looking for an Associate Medical Director to enhance clinical leadership within our primary care centers dedicated to senior patients. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving the health and well-being of adults aged 65 and older.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care to senior adults.
Promote and implement evidence-based medical practices.
Support initiatives focused on quality, safety, and value in healthcare.
Mentor and guide fellow clinicians in their professional development.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Lead preventive care and wellness programs tailored for seniors.

Qualifications and Requirements

Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
A strong passion for providing care to geriatric patients.
Commitment to a compassionate, patient-centered, and team-oriented approach.
