Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Contract HR Business Partner for an aviation manufacturing site. The role is on-site 5 days a week, supporting a predominantly hourly workforce and embedding HR operations during a merger/acquisition. You will partner with senior stakeholders and report to the VP of HR to stabilise daily processes.
