Schedule customers appointmentsCommunicate progress of repairs with Customers as well as Insurance companiesWrite up all estimates and supplements and submit them to an insurance company for approvalPerform tasks as assigned by ManagementPreferred Skills:Valid drivers licenseLicensed Massachusetts auto appraiserStrong Interpersonal SkillsBasic Computer SkillsPositive AttitudeExcellent CustomerService SkillsOne year minimum experienceBenefits offered:Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
