Study Coordinator

To support remote site activities for assigned projects, the part-time Study Coordinator will manage day-to-day communications, assist with subject recruitment and re-consenting, and maintain compliance documentation while residing in or near Winter Park, FLA. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for site communications and activity coordination Support recruitment activities and manage subject re-consenting and medical record acquisition Perform data entry and monitor clinical databases while ensuring compliance with IRB/FDA policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in a related field Current knowledge of ICH/GCP and applicable regulations and guidelines Experience with web-based research platforms and clinical databases Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Virtual Vocations Inc
