Our firm is seeking an experienced trial attorney who is adept at handling litigation caseloads and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. Your years of experience will also help coach our newer associates toward a similar route to success. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled trial attorney. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including real estate, construction, and business law. Must have at least 7 trials as lead attorney. This role requires exceptional legal research and drafting skills, as well as the ability to effectively represent clients in court. Responsibilities: Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials, depositions, hearings, and mediationsConduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and argumentsDraft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precisionPrepare for court appearances by organizing evidence and developing case strategiesCommunicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and provide updates on case statusCollaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex casesStay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas such as real estate law, business law, and construction lawManage case files efficiently and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedingsStrategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitrationStay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levelsSupervise and mentor lower-level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniquesPerform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAt least 10 trials as 1st chairActive license to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionStrong knowledge of litigation processes and proceduresExperience or familiarity with real estate law, business law, and construction law is preferredExcellent legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive documentsProficient in conducting legal research using various tools and resourcesStrong analytical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of workAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlinesExceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and courtroom representationAbility to meet the highest attendance requirementsMust have the ability to communicate and present verbally, digitally, and in writing accurately and proficientlyAbility to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracyExceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitrationAble to work independently while handling multiple filesBachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)Admitted to local and state bar associationsFive years of experience in a similar management/supervisory role in the legal field Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000

Compensation:
$150,000-$200,000 per year
