This position is open to our Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, DC, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Short Hills, and Wilmington offices.Bar AdmissionAdmitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applyingExperienceMinimum of6 years’ experiencein M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
