Senior Electrical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join our team and support the delivery of large-scale mission critical and data center projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an estimator with a strong electrical contracting background who understands the complexity, accuracy, and pace required within high-performance environments.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working for an electrical contractorand a strong track record estimating complex electrical packages from pre-construction through to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for large-scale mission critical, data center, and commercial projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate cost estimates
• Complete digital/on-screen take offs and quantity measurements
• Build estimates, proposals, and bid submissions within required timelines
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Identify cost risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
• Support occasional site visits to review project requirements and validate scope

Required Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator working for an electrical contractor
• Strong background estimating large mission critical and data center projects
• Experience using estimating software xhyhwjd including:
• Accubid Anywhere/ Classic
• Bluebeam
• Proven experience completing on-screen take offs
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
