Sr Project Manager/Client Strategist - Highway/Roadway

Your impact As a key member of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects as the Project Manager for highway and roadway projects – planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design. You will lead a multidisciplinary design team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Helping guide our client strategies and keep track of key developments. Having a leadership role in the development, maintenance, and advancement of the client relationships with CTDOT and other stakeholders. Building and growing relationships with CTDOT’s key staff through face‑to‑face meetings and participating in debriefs, client satisfaction surveys, and industry organizations. Helping determine teaming partners to add to teams and obtain teaming arrangements accordingly. Leading key pursuit activities during opening, middle, and end game, closely working with sales. Tracking and sharing client relationship and project delivery status with relevant internal stakeholders through call plans, reports, and account planning. Advocating in your client’s interest, maintaining confidentiality, procurement integrity, and other safeguards. Working directly with the CTDOT CAM and CAP on overall client strategy, with operations for project delivery and coordination on pursuits. Working with the CTDOT CAM to identify and maintain the pipeline with accurate information. In partnership with the CAM and CAP, ensuring that clients receive the attention they deserve and ultimately growing our business. Working with the sales team to remain in front of clients on important issues by connecting the right people to follow those topics across teams. Driving growth with CTDOT while prioritizing overall client satisfaction from relationship through final project delivery. Here’s what you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering CT Professional Engineer (P.E.) Substantial years of designing highway and roadway projects. Expertise with project management in delivering infrastructure projects for ConDOT. Additional preferred qualifications Master’s degree in Civil Engineering Salary: $180,000.00 to $250,000.00.
