This role is crucial for the precise assembly of cable components, contributing to our overall manufacturing process. If you possess strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply Key Responsibilities:Accurately assemble various cable components according to detailed specifications and work instructions.Perform repetitive tasks with consistency, precision, and adherence to production standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.Adhere to all company safety regulations and quality control procedures.Inspect assembled components for quality, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.Work Environment:Non-Climate Controlled facilityClean and Organized production areaAssembly Qualifications:Physical Requirements:Ability to stand comfortably for extended periods, typically 8 to 10 hours per day.Capable of safely lifting and moving materials weighing up to 35 pounds occasionally.Frequent use of hands for pinch gripping, grasping, and performing repetitive motions.Qualifications:Required Skills: Demonstrated experience in assembly work.Preferred Skills: Prior experience as a Production Line Worker in a manufacturing setting.Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
