Contract | Days | Full-Time | 36 hours per week | 12-hour shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients throughout a designated shift, delivering care consistent with the nursing process and medical plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care across applicable age groups
• Prescribe and implement nursing care plans based on patient and family input, integrating teaching and discharge planning into the overall plan of care
• Delegate appropriate aspects of patient care delivery to other nursing staff in accordance with their clinical competence and legal scope of practice
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required at time of hire
• Demonstrated competency in Dysrhythmia required during orientation
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months required; recent Cerner experience also required
• Each submitted work history must include the charting system used per position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
