Role Overview The Manufacturing Associate will use hand tools and saws to prepare doors for residential and commercial applications. Duties & Responsibilities Set up work station at the beginning of shift and clean up work area at the end of shift. Safely use hand and power tools to pre‑hang doors for residential and commercial application. Machining interior and exterior doors. Assemble interior and exterior doorframes. Pull appropriate components to complete door frames. Visually inspect product for quality standards. Assist in other areas as needed. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience with machining, especially with wood, is highly preferred. Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to use and read a tape measure. Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and a safety mindset. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly of wood products a plus. Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details and perform repetitive work. Team player and willingness to help in other areas. At least 18 years of age. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
