Clinical Education Specialist

Baxter seeks a Clinical Education Specialist to train healthcare professionals on infusion therapy products and drive adoption at customer sites across remote locations in the western U.S. The role combines clinical expertise with relationship-building to support safe implementation and optimization of infusion systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical implementation and integration tasks at key customer facilities
• Deliver product training and in-service education through multi-phased implementation processes
• Build and maintain relationships with nursing educators and clinical leaders at healthcare systems
• Maintain expert knowledge of Baxter infusion products and ensure quality implementations
• Troubleshoot clinical adoption challenges and support technology transition

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Business
• 3+ years clinical nursing experience in Critical Care or specialty area
• Active RN license or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of intravenous therapy
• Clinical education and product implementation experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 80% and possess valid driver's license

Compensation: $88,000–$121,000 base annually
