Qualifications Multifamily/mixed-use experience Bachelor of Architecture Revit or AutoCAD Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents is a plus Responsibilities Create, coordinate, revise, and maintain project design, production, and documentation at all project phases (Pre-Design through Construction Administration and Certification). Responsible for production of Construction Documents. Produce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions. Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope and budget. Coordinate design with consultants and architectural team. Delegate and oversee work of Design Professional I and/or II on team. Ability to work collaboratively and clearly with architectural team, consultants, and clients. Handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
