This contract-to-hire role is ideal for speech-language professionals wishing to make a genuine difference in young lives. The district is primarily considering fully certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) but is open to reviewing SLPA resumes for future consideration.

Serve students in a collaborative school environment, working full or part-time hours (as little as you'd like or up to 40 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm). Support learners both individually and in small group sessions, focusing on language and articulation, with a handful of fluency cases.

Key Qualifications:

• MN SLP License required (CFY and CCC considered)
• Relevant experience with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to foster engagement and progress within individual and small-group therapy
• School-based experience as SLP or SLP-Assistant preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to students, focusing on articulation, language, and fluency
• Maintain timely and thorough records of individualized student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow professionals to create supportive learning environments
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
• Adapt therapy methods to student needs, providing both 1:1 and small group interventions
