Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Edina, Minnesota Job Type: Full-time (In-Person) Setting: Pediatric Multidisciplinary Therapy Clinic Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric team in Edina, MN. Our clinic is deeply committed to supporting neurodivergent children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, by fostering their communication skills, independence, and overall well-being. In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators. Key Responsibilities Evaluations & Plans: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to develop tailored, individual treatment plans. Clinical Therapy: Provide high-quality, evidence-based speech therapy services addressing articulation, receptive/expressive language, pragmatic language, and AAC needs. Documentation: Monitor patient progress regularly and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with families, caregivers, and internal multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic, comprehensive care for every child. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Licensure: Active (or pending) Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Minnesota. Experience: Previous experience working with pediatric populations is preferred; specific experience or a strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related communication challenges is highly valued.
