Value Based Care Primary Care Physician

About Us: We are a family-run private practice, senior-focused managed care group established in 1991. Over the past three years, we have rapidly expanded and now operate in five locations across Tampa Bay.

Position: We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at the New Port Ritchey or Spring Hill location. With our ongoing growth, there will be opportunities for leadership roles in the future for those interested.

Clinic Setup and Hours:

• Work-Life Balance: We prioritize work-life balance and provide a concierge-like experience for our patients.
• Patient Panel: Your panel will be capped at 500 patients, allowing you to see approximately 12 patients per day, with 30-45 minutes allotted for each visit.
• Clinic Hours: Open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Patient appointments are scheduled between 9 am and 3:30 pm. The remaining hours are reserved for urgent patient needs and administrative work.
• Administrative Support: Our team of coders handles pre-charting and post-visit reviews for clinical documentation. Additionally, medical assistants, health coaches, and other staff manage administrative and care coordination efforts to ensure you can focus on providing outstanding patient care.

Compensation:

• Market-Leading Pay: Our compensation package includes a base salary, a qualitative performance bonus, and starting in your third year, a clinic performance bonus.
• Earnings Potential: In your first two years, you can expect to earn up to 400,000, with the potential to exceed 400,000 including the clinic performance bonus.
