Direct Staffing LLC is seeking a dependable Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator for our Riverside office. You will recruit, screen, interview, and guide new hires through onboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with employees and clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
