Shift Manager

Description The pay for this position is $19.00/hour + Tips + Bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tiered customer service approach! Job Details Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. Duties include ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation such as product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
