Contribute your expertise in student mental health as a valued school psychologist in a collaborative, forward-thinking school district near Dearborn, MI. This contract opportunity spans from now until June 11, 2027, with a consistent 37.5 hours per week, offering a meaningful role supporting students' well-being and academic success.

Your skills will extend beyond assessments—this district is committed to taking a holistic approach to student support. You’ll work with 1-2 school buildings (from a total of 5 shared among three school psychologists), engaging closely with educators, families, and students to assess diverse needs, develop intervention strategies, and foster a positive school climate.

Key qualifications:

• Possess or be willing to obtain Michigan School Psychologist Certification (the district welcomes traveler candidates who can secure MI licensure promptly).
• Previous experience in school settings preferred.
• In-person availability required.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments to identify learning and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement intervention plans in partnership with teachers and families.
