You'll work directly with customers and internal engineering teams to identify challenges, recommend the right products and specifications, and help develop new applications and business opportunities. This role blends hands-on engineering problem-solving with customer-facing technical sales support — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and seeing a solution through from concept to delivery.What You'll DoDevelop and support customer applications using technical and engineering expertiseMeet with customers and engineers to assess requirements and recommend proper products and specifications, backed by dataPrepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospective customersTroubleshoot and help solve customer problemsPartner with sales teams to support accounts and, on your own accounts, secure orders and coordinate deliveryPlan and modify products to meet customer needsContribute to research and development of new products and servicesTake on additional projects and assignments as business needs arise, including some overnight travel with sales and engineering teamsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in engineering or a related field3–5 years of engineering work experience; sales experience is a plusStrong technical knowledge of products, applications, and market/technology trendsA proactive, creative, results-oriented approach — comfortable working independently and as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization and with sensitivity to cultural diversityIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD software
