Our agency opened in 2022 and has experienced tremendous growth every year — and we’re just getting started. I’ve been with State Farm since 2015 and have spent the past decade building a career centered around helping people protect what matters most. Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, I’m passionate about serving our community and creating opportunities for others to grow personally and professionally.

Our team is currently small but mighty, with two full-time members and one part-time intern, and we’re looking to expand. As a Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Theisen - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
