Role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You support the Pharmacy Manager in leading Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and are accountable for the management, oversight and operation of all aspects of the pharmacy.

Key components of the Staff Pharmacist role include keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

• Motivate, inspire and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Work Hours

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40. Time Type: Full time.

Pay Range

$60.00 – $76.00 per hour (or base annual full‑time salary). The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
