Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN

Join the Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care team as a Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN in Hadley, Massachusetts!

As a Weekend Supervisor RN/LPN, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on weekends and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. You will lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment, and contribute to the overall success of our nursing rehab and care facility.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that resident care is delivered in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures
Conduct rounds to assess the overall condition and needs of residents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service, ensuring that resident and family needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and customer service
