You’ll coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage deadlines, provide direction to the Production Artist, and supervise third-party vendors.You’ll oversee pre-production and quality control for a variety of marketing deliverables, including presentation and report packages, signage, packaging, branded gifts and merchandise, and digital assets such as maps, renderings, and plans. You’ll also manage vendor and supplier relationships, monitor performance and market trends, and help identify opportunities that support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for marketing deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support business growthCoordinate project initiatives, communications, launch activities, and deadlinesProvide direction to the Production Artist and supervise third-party vendorsOversee pre-production planning for presentations, reports, signage, packaging, branded merchandise, gifts, and digital marketing assetsLead quality control and final approvals before deliverables move into production, including oversight of the printing processEnsure final marketing materials are accurate in color, text, graphics, and overall presentationManage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure the quality of materials and finished productsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for stakeholdersMonitor market trends and conditions and identify new business opportunitiesOur Ideal Candidate for this RoleEducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience2+ years of experience in a marketing-related field, with direct production management experience preferred.Skills & AttributesStrategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for technology, and a customer-centric mindsetStrong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong supervisory skills with the ability to provide guidance and supportCompelling storytelling capabilitiesExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize projects from concept through launchStrong understanding of pre-press and print production processesFamiliarity with product and print management tools and softwareKnowledge of printing materials, including ink, paper, and substrate type.Use of AI in HiringThompson Thrift uses AI-assisted tools within our applicant tracking system to support parts of the recruiting process.
