Customer Support Specialist

Join our team in a contract position as a Customer Support Specialist based in Charlotte, NC. This role involves providing exceptional support for key products and services, managing complex customer issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using industry-standard case management and bug tracking tools is required.

Become an expert in evolving services and products to deliver excellent support. Respond to prioritized customer requests across multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone. Provide remote support to partners to enhance growth and reduce escalation rates. Collaborate with teams to identify and prioritize customer engagement with services. Complete additional tasks as needed to fulfill the role effectively.

Two to three years of experience in customer support, preferably in a financial setting. Strong customer service skills with a proactive and dynamic approach. Experience in resolving complex customer issues and managing escalations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail. Familiarity with case management and bug tracking tools for support optimization.
