Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour (higher pay may be considered based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have proven forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and experience preparing orders for shipment. Candidates must be comfortable operating a traditional 2-prong forklift and will be required to demonstrate their forklift skills during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a 2-prong forklift safely and efficiently
• Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Use RF scan guns to process and track inventory
• Load outbound trailers while ensuring proper weight distribution
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions
• Verify product accuracy and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Ability to successfully complete a forklift skills evaluation during the interview process
• Experience using RF scanners
• Experience picking, staging, and preparing orders for shipment
• Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a traditional 2-prong forklift
• Current or previous forklift certification
• Experience loading trailers and understanding proper load distribution
