Duration: Full Time

Experience: 12+ Years

Note: A Senior-level SRE / DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on PagerDuty expertise who can lead the migration from Moogsoft to PagerDuty, redesign incident management workflows, configure event orchestration, and integrate existing observability/monitoring tools.

Primary recruiting priorities:

Deep hands-on PagerDuty experience, including architectural design, event routing, and advanced configuration.
Experience with Moogsoft, particularly clustering, Situation Room, and ingestion logic.
Strong understanding of observability/monitoring ecosystems and how monitoring platforms integrate with incident management.
Experience integrating tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch with incident management platforms.
Experience configuring PagerDuty Event Orchestration, deduplication, and alert suppression.
Ability to build incident response workflows, on-call schedules, escalation policies, and ChatOps integrations.
Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for PagerDuty API/custom integrations.
Terraform/IaC experience for PagerDuty configuration is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing PagerDuty configurations using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
