Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital, located in Harrisonburg, VA, is hiring Guest Services Representatives - Full Time

The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. They are responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.

Education

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

• Customer Service experience - 1 year (Required)

Talroo - Allied Health, customer service, guest services, front desk, reception, concierge
