LifeTree Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive , supervise and drive the day-to-day operations of our onboarding team. This hands-on leadership role is focused on driving accountability, overseeing operational workflows, driving productivity, and ensuring the team consistently meets organizational targets and goals . This role is about leading people, enforcing standards, and driving measurable results. If you prefer managing tasks over people, or believe leadership is about moving boxes or coordinating processes, this role is not for you. We are seeking a proactive, results-driven operator to lead our team, maintain high standards, and support continued growth.

If you are a proactive, driven leader who can balance operational drive with team accountability, minimize distractions, and foster a supportive yet results-driven environment, this role is for you. We are looking for a 'doer,' who can motivate, drive and complete a large number of tasks daily. We provide complete industry specific training, but the right candidate must be a quick learner, sharp and able to retain large amounts of information and apply them daily to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily operations and administrative workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processes coupled with continued growth
• Drive and hold accountable onboarding and administrative staff to deadlines, quality standards, and company policies
• Address and correct unproductive behaviors, including excessive distractions
• Provide hands-on support to resolve operational issues and streamline processes
• Coordinate scheduling, workload distribution, and performance tracking for the team
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational challenges and facilitate timely resolution
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance individual and group performance
• Collaborate with HR leadership to align operations with organizational priorities
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
• The candidate in this role will need to be able to work in-person at our Scottsdale office, Monday to Friday, starting at 8.00am to 6.30pm daily.

Qualifications:

• Proven 7 years + experience driving growth, supervising and managing teams with operational responsibilities, preferably in sales, onboarding with senior administrative functions
• Strong ability to enforce accountability and manage employee behavior firmly and fairly
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented with a hands-on, proactive leadership style
• Comfortable using HRIS, onboarding software, and operational productivity tools
• Mature, professional demeanor with the ability to lead by example
