Customer Service Representative

Atlantic Veterinary Internal Medicine & Oncology in Hunt Valley, MD is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team! Schedule:

• 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts
• Daytime, Mon-Fri. No weekends

Compensation:

• $18-21/hour

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist setting
• Demonstrated excellence communication skills
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Required Skills:

• Enthusiastic and compassionate nature, providing an excellent experience for clients.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook email.
• Proficient in managing multi-line phone systems for efficient communication.
• Knowledge of EzyVet and Smartflow software platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
