POSITION - Paint Line Assistant

JOB LOCATION - Belgium, WI

STARTING DATE - Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm (30-minute lunch)

STARTING PAY - $16.00 to $17.00 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma or GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - No experience required; strong attention to detail preferred

As a Paint Line Assistant, you will support the production process by preparing parts for painting, ensuring quality standards are met, and assisting with packaging and inspection tasks. This is a detail-focused role in a manufacturing environment where consistency and accuracy are key.

Responsibilities

• Mask and prepare parts for the painting process
• Clean and prep components prior to paint line production
• Inspect parts for defects and quality standards
• Package and prepare finished parts for shipment
• Assist with maintaining an organized work area
• Support paint line production flow as needed
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail required
• Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable transportation to Belgium, WI
