Registered Behavior Technician RBT

Benefits: Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development BluHope is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children in Columbus, Georgia and the surrounding communities. This is direct, hands-on work: you'll implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data during sessions, and be part of the progress a child and family make week over week. You won't be doing it alone — our RBTs get scheduled, consistent supervision from a BCBA who answers the phone. What you'll do: Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy sessions following the treatment plan Collect accurate session data and complete session notes Work with children in home, school, and community settings Communicate with caregivers and your supervising BCBA Attend team meetings and trainings What we're looking for: Active RBT credential — OR willingness to complete the 40‑hour training and competency assessment High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Patience, consistency, and a genuine interest in working with kids Ability to pass a background check No ABA experience? That's okay. If you have experience with children — childcare, teaching, coaching, camp counseling — and you're willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
