The LPN works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Measures and records patients' vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. You'll:Take and record vital signs (height, weight, temperature, BP, pulse, respiration)Administer medications and monitor for side effectsObserve and report changes in conditionCollaborate with a healthcare team to assess needs and adjust care plansSupport youth through recovery, treatment, and healingThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, understands the unique needs of youth in secure settings, and is familiar with DHHS licensing standards.Our approach:We at Spectrum believe dignity and respect are simple human gifts.
